Who we are looking for:

An Order Fulfillment Associate

A fulfillment associate is responsible for:

• Fulfilling the day's orders (picking, packing, receiving, and shipping).
• Communicating with the US and Customer Service team to coordinate shipments.
• Tracking supplies (inventory management).
• Perform other tasks as requested.
• Help keep the office tidy.
• Ability to run simple errands when needed.
• This position does entail written correspondences to customers, therefore you must be able to communicate in English and to perform all tasks independently and efficiently. Good penmanship is a plus!

Basic Qualifications:

• You must be at least 17 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Excellent communication skills- understand verbal and written English
• Love learning new things.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to work varying shifts (some weekends may be required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel; Word; accessing and navigating the internet; Google Docs; Gmail)
• You must be comfortable communicating through email and video conference calls.
• Knowledge of Shopify and Shipstation preferred but not essential
• Exhibited good job performance and behavior as measured through indicators such as teamwork, attendance, quality and productivity, etc.

Schedule:

Operating hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. 8 hour shift with 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

This is not a work from home position.
