Responsibilities: Participates in preparation of financial and management reports, monitors collections & coordinates default proceedings Assists in monitoring operating expenses and capital budgets, prepares & administers operating expense recoveries and adjustments to actual Work well with internal / external team Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations as required Participate with maintenance staff to develop 5-year capital plan Participate in the Customer Service Tenant Satisfaction survey process Track progress of goals, objectives, timelines and budgets; and generate reports on status Oversees facility operations including maintenance programs, vendor contracts, building inspections, construction/TI administration, emergency response & preparedness and regulatory compliance Coordinates with Property Manager/General Manager on lease administration functions Oversees housekeeping/janitorial efforts Performs all administrative & operational duties as required Other duties and special projects as assigned Traveling 1-2 days from Harrisburg to Lancaster Requirements: High School Graduate, B.A. or B.S. in related field preferred 3 years of hands-on commercial real estate management experience, medical office buildings preferred Typing speed of 60 – 65 WPM Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with accounting principles & practices, preferably in real estate Demonstrated proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Word & Excel a must) and real estate accounting software Strong communication skill (oral and written) Strong customer service skills to promote positive client/tenant relations Ability to exercise prudent judgment in the absence of supervisory personnel Attention to detail and strong aptitude for mathematics Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion, ability to multi-task For the health and safety of our employees and their loved ones, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required as a condition of employment.
