As the Business Development & Marketing Director within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will coordinate effective marketing and sales programs, to ensure that the facility meets its target occupancy objectives. To be most successful as the Marketing Director, you must be able to develop and lead marketing teams - in order to achieve desired occupancy goals within the facilities.

Marketing Director Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Lead and coordinate the admissions process.
• Responsible for the facility’s census growth and quality mix.
• 50% external business development focus and 50% internal development.
• BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications preferred
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in a healthcare sales/marketing position 
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience.
• Must be familiar with medical terminology / LTC terminology.
• Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Windows and Products.
• Must be willing to travel throughout Palm Bay areas as needed.
