WHO WE ARE: (Facility Name) - a 103 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Winter Park, Fl is currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to join our team.

As an Admissions Coordinator within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will help manage the facility's admissions process, and provide customers with facility tours, personal visits, assessments, and follow-ups. To be most successful as the Admissions Coordinator, you will contribute daily and play a fundamental role in assisting the Marketing Director achieve all facility census and quality initiatives.

Admissions Coordinator Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Facilitate the admissions process.
• Understand census, quality mix nd bed management needs of the facility.
• Process admissions paperwork, ensure appropriate payor source, etc.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Marketing Director, DON, Business Office Manager.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a health care setting - LTC preferred.
• Demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
