Lightyear Health is looking for an empathetic and tech-savvy part-time (20-25 hours a week) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our growing company that improves functional independence and quality of life. This role comes with ample flexibility to choose your own days and hours.
We are a healthcare technology startup that is changing what it means for patients to function optimally by delivering accessible, proactive, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) consultative services. Our team collaborates with individuals, families, and caregivers to design personalized care plans that address the holistic needs of each patient.
To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who envisions a world where every patient has access to the world’s best healthcare. This is a role serving patients in the Stockton area and will report to our Director of PM&R APPs.

Anticipated Salary Range
We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to pay and anticipate that this part time position will earn roughly $108k-128k annually. We'll cover all additional details in the course of the interview process. The exact salary will depend on one’s census size. Providers who meet our rigorous standards for clinical care and are able to efficiently see more patients can see earnings increase proportionally.
