Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions is Hiring an Office Supervisor 1 Near Columbus, OH

Job Description

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (Lighthouse) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs.

Our programs and services are dedicated to adults struggling to cope with alcohol and/or drug addiction and mental health challenges brought about by difficult life experiences on an outpatient basis.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  1. The Office Supervisor 1 provides a welcoming experience for clients and staff with a warm greeting, clean and organized welcome area, and prompt assistance.
  1. The Office Supervisor 1 ensures that daily administrative tasks are completed effectively and timely.
  1. The Office Supervisor 1 maintains the safety of the building by staying aware of who is arriving and departing and alerting Senior Management to any and all security threats.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. The Office Supervisor 1 complies with LBHS policies and procedures.
  1. Provides a warm greeting and any needed assistance to all incoming clients, staff, and guests. Checks clients into appointments in CareLogic and alerts appropriate personnel of incoming guests and clients.
  1. Ensures the safety of the building by being aware of those entering and leaving, directing clients and guests to appropriate areas, and alarming a manager if there is a security threat. Responsible for following proper procedures in unlocking restricted areas.
  1. Responsible for providing building safety training to all new hires and maintain safety signs throughout the building.
  1. Is knowledgeable of office equipment functions including but not limited to the copy machine, WIFI, and phones. Alerts the Office Manager and/or Clinical Director of any maintenance issues with equipment and needed supplies. Assists other with the function of the equipment when needed.
  1. Manages communication by checking voicemail at least twice a day, returning calls or sending to the appropriate person, managing updated and accurate phone extension lists.
  1. Maintains a clean and welcoming environment by ensuring cleanliness of front entryway, waiting area, reception area, workspace behind the reception desk, and any floors and walls in site view from the reception area.
  1. Manages deliveries by delivering mail to appropriate people, and making sure outgoing mail has appropriate postage. Promptly has packages delivered to appropriate areas and ensures that the reception area is clear of deliveries.
  1. Works with the leaders to ensure that new hires workstations are set up and supplied.
  1. Manage the scanning of requisition forms after drops have been processed.
  1. Proactively seeks out additional work once daily duties have been completed.
  1. Completes required trainings in a timely manner.
  1. Conducts themselves at a high standard of professionalism and abides by the LBHS Code of Conduct of Ethical Behavior.

General Responsibilities

  1. Meets the performance standards of LBHS.
  2. Cooperates and supports LBHS's quality and performance improvement activities and initiatives.
  3. Works toward developing, fostering, and maintaining positive, proactive relations with the community.
  4. Supports LBHS culture that honors individuality while promoting collaborative effort and teamwork.
  5. Participates and supports employee surveys to promote cooperative, interactive, supportive, collective entrepreneurship.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Other: Valid Driver's License. Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
