Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (Lighthouse) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs.

Job SummaryDuties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for creating and implementing the strategy around IT for organization
• Responsible for managing the system for responding to IT issues/ requests
• Manage IT staff including recruiting, training, coaching and disciplinary action
• Work with team to open new sites and manage relationship with outside vendors
• Evaluate the organization’s adherence to federal and HIPAA technology requirements for security
• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals
• Ensure staff is sufficiently supported and continuously educated as it relates to technology and security
• Act as IT Security and Privacy Officer for the organization
• Assist Finance in creation of, implementation of, and tracking of information technology budget
• Develop and maintain written IT policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and community resources
• Excellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritize
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and self-motivated
• Comfortable with building personal relationships and dedicated to helping others
• Up to date knowledge of latest IT developments
• Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms
• Knowledge of best computer security practices
• Good research and analysis skills
• Proficient with Microsoft products including active directory and Office 365
• Understand Networking
• Understand Domain Group Policies
• Working knowledge of VOIP
• Experience with Firewalls and VPN’s

Qualifications and Skills:Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience working in IT related field
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer science

Lighthouse is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (for Mental Health & Substance Abuse).
