Lighthouse Autism Center is Hiring a BCBA - Program Manager (Center-Based) Near Noblesville, IN
Noblesville, Indiana Lighthouse is expanding into the Illinois market. Enjoy smaller caseloads, a center-based program and a great network of collaborative BCBAs!! The Program Manager/BCBA, who work in a center-based program, are responsible for overseeing program development and staff training for their clients. The Program Manager/BCBA will assess, develop, and monitor behavior and treatment plan implementation based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You will manage a small caseload of children and lead a team of ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians who will be responsible for implementing the treatment plans you develop for each child. Important Note: Will undergo a background and drug test at time of hire. Position requires you to have your BCBA Certification. If you are looking for supervision, reach out.
