2nd Shift Plant Supervisor
2nd Shift Plant Supervisor-
Monday-Friday position.
This position primarily responsible for overseeing blowmold, filling, packaging, HTST departments; making necessary adjustments to ensure production is made in a safe, efficient and high-quality manner by performing the following duties.

Ensures all equipment is maintained in compliance with the requirements of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO), SQFand the Lifeway Wisconsin policies.

Hold employees accountable to following the established standard work practices throughout the plant.

Manage employee relations issues as they arise

Maintain safe working environment to ensure employee safety.

Act as an advocate for our employees and provide them with all of the tools and opportunities that they require to be successful and meet the expectations of the business and our customers.

Food safety and regulatory responsibilities, and responsible for meeting the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing, and shall report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Manage the department’s activities in order to meet or exceed the standards and specifications established by Quality Assurance and the organization.

Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities within the department, operations, and other areas of the facility as part of the team to ensure plant sustainability.
