We're looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The Repair Technician will be responsible for ensuring all construction sites are properly managed and overseeing the customer experience to maintain our 5-star standard in providing the best products for our customers. This is an on-site position overseeing the roof install until the job is complete.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of recent hand's on residential/commercial roofing repair experience
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working from heights and on multiple pitches of roofing.
• Proficient knowledge of roofing systems, installation techniques, and repair. (Both Residential and Commercial).
• Knowledge of Roof Flashings and Repair of it. (Chimney Flashing, Roof to Wall, Cut in , Surface Mounted, and most types of Step Flashing.)
• Knowledge of Siding , Fascia , and Gutter repair.
• Must be able to perform simple repairs as well as complex repairs within reason and in a timely manner.
• Must be somewhat tech savy, as part of your job you will be using a system known as JobNimbus to communicate and complete tasks given daily.
• Must have proficient knowledge of tool use. (Hammer , Prybar , Drills , Saws , Putty Knife , Shears, etc.)
• Willing to learn our Shingle Matching Process. (Will be thoroughly trained.)
• Communicate with your supervisor as well as Sales Reps occasionally.
• Clean Driving Record and able to Pass Background check.
• Responsible, Hard working, Trustworthy, Reliable.
