Job Description
The Intake Coordinator provides assistance to the case management staff and serves as the first point of contact to clients. Responsible for organizing and coordinating paperwork; input of demographic information of client into automated Charity Tracker system and completing administrative support for the application and access process. Specifically:
Qualification: High school diploma or higher degree; minimum of 2 years experience in related field; strong computer skills, customer service or administrative skills desired; ability to multi-task; strong communication skills. Valid Maryland Driver's License and own dependable transportation.
