Small, but busy downtown Ann Arbor family dental office seeking friendly Administrative Assistant with a positive, upbeat attitude. Duties include answering busy phone lines, scheduling appointments, posting payments, and coordinating with insurance providers for billing inquires and issues. Must be dependable, comfortable multi-tasking, eager to learn and willing to expand their abilities. Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is desirable.
