Title: IT Technician
Worksite: LS Corporate Office
County: Warren
Hours Status: Full-Time Hourly- Monday-Friday 8am -5pm
Starting Pay Range: $19.23 hourly
Brief Job Description: The IT Technician supports employees in all facets of technology. While the primary focus of this position is EHR support and implementation, s/he is also the first contact to remedy employee issues related to email, security, hardware, software, phones, etc.
Job Responsibilities include:
- EHR form design
- EHR training and employee support
- Supporting implementation of the EHR across both regions
- Continual learning and support of improvement of the EHR platform
- Helpdesk tasks including changing passwords, installation of printers, implementing security on file servers, etc.
- Handling purchase requests
- Installation and maintenance of multiple software applications
- Microsoft Office support
- Support of Zoom Phones
Requirements for this position include
- Efficient response to email and phone requests
- Ability to evaluate reported issues and escalate the issue if necessary
- Willingness to travel to alternate LS locations across both regions
- Effective communication
- Attention to detail
- Desire to deliver strong and reliable customer support
- Understanding that our business and client information is highly confidential and a willingness to protect our client and employee data
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL, and database design desirable but not required
