Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination related to staffing and clinical operations at LifeLinc facilities. The Operations Manager will serve as a liaison for LifeLinc’s clinical providers ensuring efficiency and timely coordination at each site.

This position is based at the corporate office in Memphis, TN and is not a remote position.

Up to 25% travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between LifeLinc Corporate office and providers of assigned facilities
• Facilitates new provider onboarding at facilities and ensures completion prior to an established start date
• Oversees provider training programs related to administrative tools
• Assists clinical staff with HR and payroll related issues
• Works with chief CRNA to complete timecard review/approval process on payroll weeks
• Conducts oversight of provider scheduling and addresses any concerns and updates
• Monitors staffing budget and PRN utilization for assigned facilities
• Assists the recruitment team in attending recruiting tradeshows and conferences to network and identify potential candidates (if needed)
• Provides onsite support to site visits for MD and CRNA candidates
• Visits assigned clinical sites regularly to establish and nurture ongoing relationships with providers
• Will provide managerial oversight for an assigned corporate department to be determined

New site implementation

• Conducts market analysis for provider compensation
• Assists in management of new site implementation processes.
• Serves as day to day point of contact for clinical leadership.
• Ensures proper and timely execution/return of new employment agreements.
• Assists in the hiring and onboarding process with clinicians across assigned sites.

Existing facilities

• Assists with review of market data to update staffing budgets as necessary
• Serves as day-to-day contact to triage provider concerns
• Assists with provider timecard training
• Serves to audit and approve timecards as necessary
• Acts as a liaison between providers and corporate office

Qualifications

Education and experience equivalent to:

Bachelor’s Degree required in business or health related field; –minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience. Master’s Degree in business or health related field preferred.
