Summary
Job Summary:
Coordinates care for electrophysiology patients under direct supervision of the Electrophysiologist. Essential Functions: Level of Supervision Required: Work is reviewed periodically Contacts: Regular contacts, within or outside the Company to give or get information. Require courtesy, tact, and some knowledge of Company procedures. Type of Supervisory Responsiblities: None Qualifications/Requirements Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field Education/Knowledge: Experience: 1-3 years Technical/Clinical Skills (Usage): Education Discipline: Bachelor's Degree in a field of Science is strongly preferred. General Patient Care Responsible for managing all patients with cardiac devices. Responsible for interrogating pacemakers and defibrillators of in-office patients. Perform post-operative wound checks and educate patients about their devices. Manage remote device inter Patient Safety Complies with LBH and practice patient safety mission, policies and procedures. Adheres to LBH and practice infection prevention and safety policies. Supportive Duties Performs duties as delegated to fulfill the responsibility as a member of the practice team. Other duties as assigned. Professionalism Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and accountability. Reports problems to the supervisor timely. Displays understanding and awareness of and performs all duties in accordance with the LBH
Educational Requirements:
Cardiac Specialist License
BLS Provider License from the American Heart Association
