Senior Recruiter-Hybrid Remote Position
*Local Cleveland candidates: hybrid remote role with 2 days in Independence office and 3 days at home office*
Responsibilities:
- Lead Field Requisition Strategy
- Recruit for a % of the key open requisitions for our Healthcare positions including Ultrasound Technologists and Medical Assistant focused positions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor current Recruitment team
- Regular Team Huddles-Motivate-Problem Solve
- Ongoing 1:1s for check in on progress, regression, growth, etc.
- Develop strong relationship with the Field Operations Team for service support of key Field openings.
- Design, implement and monitor current, and new recruiting KPIs and metrics to drive results.
- Own reporting and analytics to evaluate and assess effectiveness, performance, ROI and continuous improvement.
- Weekly open req. and candidate progression reports
- Measure Performance of TA Partners on an individual level
- Provide data visualizations, and presentations to VP, HR, EVP Ops, President/CFO and other Senior Leaders
- Lead the development and execution for recruitment marketing and strategy
- TA Vendor relationship
- TA Budget
- School and Externship Relationships-Evolve this to become a structured program with metrics
- Interviewing and recruiting plans
