We are a medical billing company seeking a Collections Specialist at our office in Ravenna, OH...
The Collections Specialist is responsible for overseeing insurance and patient billing work and ensuring that medical payments are collected and posted in a timely fashion.
Primary Duties:
Skill Requirements:
· Must have proven customer service skills
· Experience working in a high call volume environment is a plus
· Basic knowledge accounting and bookkeeping practices
· Medical collections experience is a plus
We provide medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401K and flexible hours.
Our standard hours are from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a 30 minute paid lunch!
