LifeLine Ambulance is currently seeking to fill the role of the Dispatcher to efficiently dispatch vehicles to emergent and non-emergent calls in and around the Detroit Metro area. The Dispatcher reports directly to the Dispatch Manager and plays a critical role as the first line of response for our patients and customers in emergency and non-emergency situations. The Dispatcher is responsible for effectively monitoring the dispatch system and communicating with the intake team and field crews to coordinate calls and vehicle placement as well as maintaining acceptable turnaround times. The Dispatcher does this by providing top tier customer service to medical facilities we operate with and our field staff.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred licensure: EMT or EMD Certified and/or equivalent Dispatch experience.
