Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm with over $11B in assets is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work within a dynamic environment to design, execute and continuously optimize world-class digital experiences for Lido prospects and clients that drive awareness, leads and conversion. 

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in helping to drive leads to Lido’s advisors along with creating and executing on a robust digital roadmap for prospects and existing clients to enhance Lido’s overall digital presence. As part of the Marketing Group, the position will report to the Marketing Director. Duties & Responsibilities 

· Design end-to-end journeys, starting from personas and considering digital touch points across all media (video, audio, text, and physical engagement points) to deliver outstanding experiences that deliver high quality leads to advisors

· Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and performance marketing

· Design, build and maintain our social media presence with emphasis on LinkedIn and YouTube, using dynamic testing, to continuously optimize results

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals 

· Use Pardot marketing automation platform to build and design email campaigns targeted to prospects and existing clients; leveraging best-in-class tools and emerging technology to optimize results

· Support the launch, ongoing campaign management and development of specific landing pages for Lido’s new corporate website

· Identify ongoing conversion rate optimization opportunities within the website

· Collaborate with internal team (e.g., graphic designer, content) to create landing pages and optimize user experience; collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners; seek opportunities to engage with team leaders to collaborate on best practices

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree 

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital and social media campaign management and execution 

· Experience and knowledge of Pardot marketing automation platform

· Knowledge and prior experience using key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube

· Experience with display advertising, SEO/SEM and ad word campaign management 

· Ability to design landing pages, Pardot emails, and campaign ads through various social media platforms

· Self-starter who actively sees projects through to completion while maintaining a high level of communication with team members

· Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and keep team apprised on open items 

· Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast paced business environment

· Proven ability to operate effectively and work under pressure with tight deadlines

· Team player and a desire to collaborate with others
