We are looking for our next Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at our growing Darr Schackow office in Gainesville, FL! Responsibilities:

• Support Commercial Lines AM
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

Qualifications Needed:

• At least 1 year of independent brokerage experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Need a 220 Insurance license for remote/hybrid
