LHH is seeking a Property Administrator to join a wonderful real estate company in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. This is a vital role that supports the smooth operation of our residential/commercial properties, ensuring all administrative tasks are managed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office administration or property management, demonstrate attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for residential and commercial property management activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and manage tenant communications, including scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and processing service requests.
  • Assist with lease administration, including lease preparation, renewals, and amendments.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for property-related documents, including contracts, vendor information, and tenant details.
  • Track and coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist with property inspections, coordinating maintenance schedules and repairs.
  • Monitor property expenses and assist in budget tracking and reporting.
  • Provide general office support including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organizing office supplies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the highest level of service to tenants and stakeholders.

  • Experience: Strong background in office administration, property management, or a related field. Experience in both residential and commercial property management is a plus.
