LHH CORPORATION is Hiring a HR Supervisor Near Ashland City, TN

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for a variety of human resource functions with emphasis on employee relations, mentorship within the facility, and business forecasting alongside the management team. This position is currently open due to promotion!

The ideal candidate will have years of experience as a Generalist or Senior Specialist within the Manufacturing industry looking to take the next step.

You will have:

3 years of Human Resource Generalist within Manufacturing required

Manufacturing industry experience required

Bachelor's Degree required

SHRM-CP or PHR preferred

Prior experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment a plus

Familiarity with various HRIS platforms (SAP, Kronos, etc.)

Confidence in employee relations, workplace strategy, policies and procedures, and more

You will be:

Function as main point of contact/resource for employee questions, concerns, suggestions, and needs

Provide support and coaching to leaders to help design, develop, and execute HR strategies in daily business

Talent management and performance management

Employee engagement and employee relations

Workplace safety and compliance

Workforce planning

Assist with payroll as needed

Analyze programs, policies, and procedures to provide insights and address where gaps exist

Project Management

Maintain knowledge of workforce and industry trends

The expert for providing innovative ideas and solutions in all areas of HR

Committed to working in a fully onsite capacity

Maintain support and work closely with HR Coordinator (direct report) to help further develop skills and abilities
