Assistant Property Manager
Prior experience with Condo Boards and rentals a huge plus.
Responsible for customer service and handling vendor scheduling and bidding. Must have excellent communication skills in both email and phone. Capable of multitasking, self-motivated and able to work independently on objectives. Must be able to handle stressful situations and very demanding clients. Bilingual: English / Spanish required. 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Office located in Hoboken, NJ, parking at the office will be paid for by LG. Must have a car to meet vendors on site sometimes.
