High volume temporary staffing company seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Must have excellent customer services skills. Attention to detail a MUST. Must be flexible, able to multi-task and be a team-player in a small office environment. Weekend work is required. MUST have own reliable transportation.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Taking job orders for new and existing customers
-Taking and inputting employee applications
-Data Entry
-General clerical duties (faxing, filing. ordering supplies etc.)
-Customer service or sales experience a plus
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
