As a Senior Project Manager, you will support the Go to Market activities related to product development and delivery. This position requires ability to collaborate with stakeholders across organizational lines to execute necessary deliverables to release a product to market. This position sits within the Global Product & Analytics organization and is a part of the Product Operations team. The Senior Project Manager position is a high-level position that requires no daily support from direct leader or peer group. This position/role operates highly independent and is considered an expert in his/her field based upon experience of large successful programs. This role/position is an established and effective mentor for all individual contributors on the team, assisting the direct leader to continuously develop the team and consult on best practices for the Product Delivery Lifecycle. This position/role can manage up to 10-15 projects simultaneously which most likely cross multiple vertical/product portfolios. A high degree of communication, organizational skills are required in order to proactively anticipate the needs of the organization to execute and deliver on the business goals and strategy. Special projects may be assigned to this level professional to include organizational optimization and process improvements.
