What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at Levitated Cannabis Shoppe?

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products
- Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and consumption methods
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or technical sales environment
- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
