JazzHR is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of inside sales reps to overachieve their monthly quotas. This individual will lead 6-10 sales reps in working a full sales process from lead to closed-won opportunity. They will be responsible for all aspects of sales rep performance including onboarding, training, ongoing coaching, and managing productivity and goal attainment.This person will need to be a dynamic leader that can be both a player and coach while nurturing and developing sales reps of varying tenures. A high degree of collaboration and communication is required to thrive in this fast-paced and high-volume environment.
