L5 Acceleration Services is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our growing Facilities team. This person will play a critical role in managing the facilities support function across our portfolio brands. Our ideal candidate will ensure stores receive preventative maintenance, repair services, and remodeling assistance in a timely, cost-effective and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all work orders in Service Channel and begins tracking repair
• Prioritize aged work orders to completion within dedicated timeframe 
• Track and move all in-progress work orders to completed status 
• Schedule quarterly preventative maintenance work orders
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team within Service Channel 
• Prepare Reports for Facility Department Results
• Collaborates with Facilities Lead, Department and Brand Leadership on Process, Planned Maintenance, Repairs and Communications Improvements for raising the performance of the Function
• Collaborates with Service Channel and Service Providers on System needs and refinements to Facilities Processes, Reports to Facilities Lead 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multi-site facility management 
• Excellent computer and software skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.), with strong preference for Service Channel 
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Able to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and team members. 
• Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter 
• Possess an extraordinary ability to multitask 
• Great time management, organization and prioritization abilities 
• Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills 
• Be a top performer with great mentoring/leadership abilities to drive results
