Levander’s Body Shop is seeking to hire a Collision Center Manager at our new, entirely A/C climate-controlled collision center in Fremont, Nebraska!
This location is estimated to open mid-to-late 2023, with hours from 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Training for this position will begin promptly to learn the processes and procedures that Levander’s carries throughout its’ Multi Shop Organization (MSO).
Requirements:
- Practical body shop experience with an understanding in estimation, repair, and refinish techniques
- Leadership experience, preferably in the collision repair industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Strong written/oral communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
- Monitor safety, training, and equipment obligations
- Effectively communicate goals and the steps to meet them
- Maintain a swift and accurate production schedule
- Guide teams through technical and personnel problems
- Effectively manage multiple projects independently
- Ensure quality standards are maintained and P&L margins are adequate
