We are looking for a Human Resources Director to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. What is HR Director? To us, an HR Director is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Our search is for a Director/VP of Human Resources to lead the combined Leonard/Cook enterprise Human Resources department. With over 900 Team Members, this role is critical to the cultural, operational, and financial success of the organization. This role is designed to maximize the value of our most important asset…our people…and the selected leader will report directly to the CEO and will be an integral part of organizational strategic decisions and direction.
