Our client is one of the top insurance providers of auto and garage liability insurance, as well as a few other kinds of insurance policies, normally serviced by major car dealerships throughout the United States. We are searching for a smart and bright Auto Insurance Claims Analyst to join our client's office in Studio City, CA.

HOURS: This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, in-office position. First shift, from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Monday to Friday. Please note, that there may be times you might find yourself working overtime on a situational basis.

You will be responsible for the management of any insurance claims, litigation, and other legal issues.

Job duties include:

Analyzing all insurance claims and litigation and develop recommended options and action plans.

Retrieving, investigating, and managing internal information, documentation, and personnel that is necessary to meet required needs.

Maintaining consistent contact with outside counsel to facilitate the legal handling of litigation.

Responding to client and carrier claim requests.

Providing legal assistance to any corporate projects that you get assigned to.

Performing legal research upon request.

Other duties as assigned.

Our client is open to negotiation on the pay rate for this position. Please keep in mind that if you are interested in the upper parts of the pay scale, you must have the required experience, skill sets and certifications.
