Lendlease Americas Inc. is Hiring a Corporate Customer Experience Coordinator Near Nashville, TN

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director Customer Strategy & Experience, VP, the Corporate Customer Experience (CX) Coordinator supports the CX and project teams with CX related tools, standards, training, programs, processes, and initiatives. Facilitates ongoing communications between project teams, operating partner, and the CX team members. Maintains CX records of results and compliance and manage reporting on the same. Maintains a library of resources and master copies of all CX related collateral, training, and other materials; and assists with CX projects and provides day-to-day support to CX business needs and activities.

Incumbent works collaboratively across all stakeholders to support CX-related initiatives, best practices, systems, tactics, and processes that will drive customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions, Duties and Responsibilities

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of personnel so classified.

  • Project coordination

  • Provides regular monitoring and reporting to inform stakeholders of CX initiatives progress

  • Supports the CX department in ongoing process management

  • Supports CX related training initiatives and workshops

  • Responds to and fulfills project, Winn and CX team requests for information, resources, and materials

  • Organizes, reports, communicates, archives, and manages progress on CX initiatives

  • Supports the roll out of CX practices and programs for existing and new projects

  • Ensures ongoing field and stakeholder movement on assigned responsibilities

  • Produces regular stakeholder communications such as newsletters, story sharing, etc.

  • Maintains a CX "information center" of support materials

  • Administers the tracking of each project's current status in the CX lifecycle

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with all levels of CX stakeholders

  • Monitors departmental budgeting

  • Administrative duties for the CX team including business travel management, expense reporting, progress reports, and supporting the administration of systems and programs

  • Meeting and conference planning

  • Manages routine administrative and clerical responsibilities

  • Occasional travel

General Background and Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills

  • A history supporting multiple initiatives at the same time and in collaborating with multiple stakeholders

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with various audiences

  • 2 - 3 years of operations management experience preferably in a housing or hospitality environment

  • Self-driven, motivated, and detail-minded with strong deductive reasoning

  • Highly ethical

  • Exceptional working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Access)

  • Ability to travel occasionally
