Lendio is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Lehi, UT

Lendio is the market leader in matching small business owners with active banks, credit unions, and other lending sources. Lendio is growing rapidly and needs to add an additional motivated, capable Receptionist to work at our office located in Lehi, UT.

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, and some general administrative support to the People Team. Self-motivation, a positive attitude and ability to work in a team as well as individually is a must. As the Receptionist, you are the soul of this office. Your main objective is to help to create a safe place to work in a healthy environment with fun, outgoing, team members with all the creature comforts of home.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for greeting all visitors and directing them throughout the building
  • Distributing mail and providing administrative support to the People Team
  • Managing supplies, restock and ordering when supplies are low
  • Communicate with building management to maintain the office
  • Participate in company culture committee to instill Lendio culture throughout the office by planning & executing company events, monthly lunches, team building outings, etc.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure facilities and office tasks are completed
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a clean, safe and fun environment for your fellow Lendions

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle a variety of situations.
  • Shows dedication by demonstrating respect, trust, honesty, integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Must Adhere to company policies and procedures, takes responsibility for actions.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands professionally
