Job Summary:
Reporting to the Lenbrook Director, Human Resources (HRD), the HR BP, is a member of the team of 5 human resource professionals. The HR BP will deliver strategic human capital leadership and management to the portfolio of departments at Lenbrook and/or responsibility for Menders by Lenbrook, a for-profit home health care subsidiary. The HR BP will work HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services and cross-functionally to design, develop and deploy people plans and initiatives for the HR BP’s customer groups that enable long-range business objectives.
