Join our team! Leland Management is seeking an experienced full-time Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with a proven track record of success to lead a master-planned community with over 1,100 single-family and townhomes in Jacksonville, Florida.

LCAM Job Description:
Dedicated onsite LCAMs are certified and licensed by the State of Florida to manage community associations. With limited direction, the LCAM will serve as an office and service manager, Board consultant, and quality advisor to volunteer committee Chairpersons. The LCAM will drive effective and timely communications and compliance with the Association's governing documents and recommended practices. The LCAM will manage the performance of contracts, vendors, or other service providers and deliver competitive recommendations to the Board to ensure service levels and results consistently meet or exceed expectations. The LCAM acts as a service champion and liaison in coordinating solutions to property owner and resident concerns, consistently bringing great credit to the Association.

Overview of Geneal Responsibilities
· Organize time effectively in a dynamic work environment, and successfully balance the competing demands of multiple projects in a self-sufficient manner.
· Adhere to the highest standards of performance and models them to the staff.
· Complete projects by motivating, supervising, and directing.
· Foster a professional relationship with residents and the Board of Directors as well as with other business groups such as contractors, technicians, and vendors.
· Oversee approved vendors to conduct efficient and quality performance in the community.
· Display an exceptional ability to analyze and deal with a variety of situations that could otherwise be potential problems.
· Analyze advantages and disadvantages of various policies and make recommendations to the Board.
· Handle potentially stressful situations with composed authority.
· Understand and follow directions given by direct supervisors as well as the Board of Directors.
· Review financial reports and develop complete and accurate financial budget(s).
· Possess knowledge of assets, cash balances, availability of funds for projects, and cash flow management for capital improvements.
· Maintain and implement current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and the community’s documents, policies, and procedures.
· Ensure property improvement and maintenance of common areas.
· Prepare for and conduct association meetings.
· Process violations, work orders, and architectural control applications.
· Maintain a positive and confident demeanor with changing environments and growing communities.
· Organize multiple committees to adhere to Board approved Charters and Policies.
· Provide guidance to Committee members in monthly meetings.
· Report to NE Florida Director.
· Provide Weekly updates to the Board.
· Create and coordinate regular thorough and thoughtful community communications.
· Manage and oversee Association website content and functionality.
· Oversee meeting notice requirements.
· Manage meeting minutes for Board and Committees.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
· Oversee and manage ARB processes approved by the Association.
· Manage and oversee the Associations Annual Meeting and Special Meetings as they arise.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
· Possess a high level of professionalism, maturity, and ability to remain neutral in judgement.
· Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Ability to interact effectively with an engaged executive-level board of directors, and within a team environment.
· Excellent command of the English language, grammar, and punctuation.
· Able to compose strategic business correspondence.
· Experience with site inspections and conducting meetings is preferred.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
· Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
· Must be proficient in business applications e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace. Experience in Association Management Software.
· Strong organizational skills, that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
· Incredible attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to manage and meet deadlines.
· Exceptional analysis, proactive problem solving, and the ability to manage and meet deadlines.
