THE VENUE
Legends is the official food & beverage partner of Florida State University’s Doak Campbell Stadium, an iconic college sports and entertainment venue in Tallahassee, FL. Campbell Stadium opened its gates on October 7, 1950 and serves as the home to the NCAA football three-time National Champion Florida State Seminoles as well as the largest continuous brick structure in the United States, providing classroom and office space for several university departments including athletics.
THE ROLE
Under the direction of the Executive Chef, this individual will be responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations including the oversight of all production, operation, and sanitation aspects of culinary and stewarding operations throughout the Doak Campbell Stadium at Florida State University.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under the direction of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the Sous Chef will be responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations including the oversight of all production, operation, and sanitation aspects of culinary and stewarding operations throughout the Doak Campbell Stadium at Florida State University.
