Description

We are looking to add a qualified Service Writer to our Seattle service team. Your main objective is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, and to manage service scheduling and work write-ups in such a way as to meet or exceed the financial objectives of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work to surpass the shop’s profitability goals by scheduling shop time wisely
• Encourage maximum productivity of the service department
• Process all service transactions in the most efficient way
• Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Qualifications & Expectations

• Have technical knowledge and experience
• Enjoy providing customer service of the highest quality; understand the impact of enthusiastic, sincere service
• Be able to speak about mechanical issues (boat specific experience is not a requirement)
  Be results-driven, bottom-line focus
  Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  Possess high attention to detail
• Have a strong work-ethic
• Be self-managed and well organized
  Have basic computer skills (Microsoft: Excel, & Outlook)
• Have a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
