SUMMARY:
The Director of IT Systems Administration will set the direction for the management of information technology throughout the organization, including collaborating with senior leadership on aligning IT capabilities with the business strategy. The Director of IT Systems Administration is responsible for developing the network infrastructure and platform to deliver services, maintenance of business relationships with vendors, budget setting and budget-to-actual tracking, project delivery, security monitoring to ensure compliance with all SOC controls and the management of the company s disaster recovery. With deep experience implementing systems that enable business growth and scalability the Director of IT Systems Administration collaborates with Business Unit leaders to develop and execute a strategy to ensure a technical infrastructure that can grow with the company s business needs. The Director of IT Systems Administration will stay current on technological advances and set the direction for their team including the definition of roles and responsibilities, structure, processes.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. This is primarily an in-office role which includes the occasional evening or weekend work as business needs may require.
TRAVEL:
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although if needed, the occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
