As an Administrator in Training you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Billings. The Administrator in Training assists with the overall direction for all activities related to administration, personnel, physical structure, information systems, office management and safety of the entire facility. Additionally, this position assists with the development and implementation of annual budgets, policies/procedures, and goals in each of these areas. The Administrator in Training works closely with all members of the management team and others to ensure their responsibilities are effectively and consistently delivered. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, previous experience in a Manager or Director role, and previous experience working in a long term care facility. Two years of related experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
