$15.75 an hour - Part-time - 30 hours a week
We are actively seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Custodian. You would be responsible for cleaning the Club House and Fitness Center. Must be hard-working, reliable, and focused. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to clean 6700 sq ft., which includes walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting. Knowledge of safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals. Previous experience cleaning homes or other large facilities. You must be able to work independently and perform all tasks assigned to you.
Responsibilities:
- Clean bathrooms; vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers
- Sweep, and mop floors
- Dust all surface areas
- Vacuum carpet
- Dust blinds and clean windows
- Empty trash bins
- Clean all surfaces in the kitchen when needed
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods
