We are seeking a Site Manager for our West Park Residential Group Home in Valdosta, Georgia. This position under the direct supervision of the Developmental Disabilities Director, supervises the day to day operations of a 24/7 community group home. Ensures safety of persons served and monitors protocols to ensure they take medications as prescribed, receive daily skill building, are linked to community resources and programs, and follow household rules. Schedules persons served for medical and lab appointments and assigns staff to transport them. Hires, trains, and supervises ParaPro staff. Ensures all services are provided and documented according to standards.
