Leeds Professional Resources is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Delray Beach, FL
My client with offices in Delray is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, to be responsible for managing the staffing process of employees throughout the organization. This position is looking for someone that is able to assess and identify new and innovative sourcing methods.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Able to use a variety of platforms to secure the right talent
- Able to work with hiring managers to facilitate the recruiting process
- Able to work with company partners to facilitate potential candidates
- Experience using a candidate platform
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
