ROLE SUMMARY:

We at LeaseLock engineering are in an exponential growth phase which will support hundreds of clients to make real estate transactions easier. And in that, as a Principal engineer your role is pivotal in hands-on architecting through solid design principles and patterns to manage the scale for our current and future solutions. Role is open to remote candidates within the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hands on designing, coding, architecting and scaling the technology stack at LeaseLock!
• Launch new product lines for the business unit
• Build micro services driven solutions for existing and new functionalities 
• Create documentation that makes integration with LeaseLock clear and easy
• Collaborate, build consensus with Engineering and Product teams
• Implement performance monitoring and profiling
• Maintain 99.99% uptime and low error rates
• Partner with Product to expand use of LeaseLock's products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Designed, developed and built scalable enterprise solutions 
• Built highly available, low-latency web applications at scale
• Worked with any high level programming language like, Java, C# JavaScript. 
• Experience in SQL, and APIs
• Worked in cloud tech like AWS and "serverless" computing
• Strong consensus building and technical architecting silks
• Strong writing abilities, effective at collaborating with engineers
• Written documentation for teams to build end-to-end solutions without consultation
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience building SaaS solutions
• Bachelor of Computer science or equivalent. Plus, Master of Science or equivalent
