We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to help achieve our company’s next wave of growth in North America developing new client partnerships with leading foodservice and hospitality businesses. This includes full-cycle enterprise selling, including prospecting, discovery, business case development, consultative strategy development, building a buying coalition, and driving large, multi-site deployments. 

The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise solutions (ideally foodtech) and have mastery of a complex, strategic, 6-9 month sales cycle. Experience in food services, navigating enterprise buying coalitions, being a strategic thinker/consultant, and a strong entrepreneurial skill set is a must. 

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Territory planning and development
  • Lead generation and development
  • Research, establish and develop relationships with new prospects -- build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Qualify and nurture high-potential opportunities
  • Negotiate and close complex multi-unit, multi-site contracts
  • Manage buying processes with a broad coalition of stakeholders
  • Develop vision, scope and business case for client programs, including the use of detailed growth models and performance assessments
  • Develop mastery of Leanpath solutions and industry landscape, including site scoping to map capabilities to client goals
  • Transition new customers to the Leanpath Onboarding and Customer Success Teams
  • Collaborate with marketing on customer bespoke marketing initiatives
  • Communicate value proposition via writing and presentations to large and small audiences

Education & Experience Required:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Proven success selling technology solutions to enterprise buyers
  • Proven success meeting/exceeding quota objectives
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in remote locations of fast-growing start-ups

A Definite Plus if You Also Have:

  • Competence in Salesforce.com
  • Experience selling hardware/equipment with embedded analytics, powered by cloud services
  • Experience successfully selling sustainability solutions to enterprise clients
  • Experience working with or for a mission-driven enterprise
  • Foodservice industry operations experience
  • Consulting experience
