League Inc. is Hiring a Remote Event Marketing Specialist - Remote

Position Summary:

As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will lead the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events at League, targeting key executives in the healthcare industry. You play an integral role on the Marketing Team, by ensuring our events are executed flawlessly and support in driving brand awareness and pipeline. You will work closely with our Campaign Managers to support in event strategy development, execute and coordinate all aspects of event logistics and support with on-site activation. The marketing team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced and highly engaged. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has proven experience coordinating successful trade shows, conferences and events.  

In this role, you will:

• Lead the planning and coordination of all events - 3rd party, League owned, virtual and in-person.
• Work closely with the Campaign Manager on the overall event strategy, including supporting development of event theme(s), speaker ideation, gifting strategy and location sourcing. 
• Coordinate all on-site logistics for event activation including setup and vendor management.
• Lead the execution of event tactical elements including sourcing & coordination of speakers, venue, branded materials and giveaways.
• Support the evaluation of all industry events and sponsorship opportunities based on League’s objectives and target audience. 
• Assist in the development of our annual conference and support in all event planning, coordination and logistical details. 
• Suggest and execute creative out of the box ideas for event strategy and activation to drive marketing influenced pipeline and MQLs. 
• Some travel is required (primarily US based) to support on-site activation. 

About you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing events that have an executive focus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; you have a high attention to detail and you are an extremely organized person.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Exposure to working on large-scale event productions.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter.
• Problem-solver.
