Leaf Pro Gutter Protection is looking to add another key member to our Call Center team. We are exploding with growth as a company across the East Coast and want a SUPERSTAR to add to our organization. Leaf Pro is one of the largest Gutter Protection companies in the country that sells an exclusive product to homeowners. Our goal is to rapidly continue to grow and be able to provide our service to over 30 locations across the country and if you want to have a chance to grow inside a great organization we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Reach call minimums and daily appointment targets

Requirements and skills

• 2 years of call center experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
• Customer focus and the ability to adapt to different personality types/situations.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
