Kusske Financial, a fast-growing financial advisory firm located in Burnsville, MN, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. We are a firm that believes in educating our clients well and helping them understand their financial situation. We try to simplify our clients’ lives by developing a roadmap for them to achieve their goals. We are looking for someone with the same mindset to join us as a full-time CSA. Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $50,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
- Experience with web-based CRM or other similar software
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn to navigate various web-based platforms
- Positive, energetic, friendly, and client service-oriented
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to follow procedures and see tasks and projects through to completion
Responsibilities:
- Populate and process client paperwork
- Respond and execute on client requests
- Assist in the maintenance of the firm document management system
- Provide administrative support to the Lead Advisors
- Process trades and rebalance on the Fidelity platform
- Follow-up and document work as appropriate in our CRM (Redtail)
- Attend and contribute to team meetings with the goal of improving efficiency
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments. A background and credit check will be required.
