Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
Any combination equivalent to:
a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
urban high school experience preferred
Licensing and Other Requirements
Valid Single Subject Teaching Credential with EL Authorization
Employment eligibility that may include fingerprints, tuberculosis and/or other employment clearance
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly desired
Knowledge of:
Culturally-responsive pedagogy
California standards, curriculum frameworks and current research-based practices and trends related to work scope
