I’m looking to hire some stellar Loan Officers who want to go and get it!

Reverse experience (hecm) Mortgage a PLUS, as well as experience with DSCR, Bank Statement, Subprime, and more brokered or correspondent non QM.

Our office is Located in Overland Park KS right next to our corporate HQ. Right on the corner of Metcalf and College.

This is an in office position. No complicated pay plans, and you get to be a decision maker, not an order taker.. (no, no cube, office!)

Speaking of pay plans, I keep it simple. 125-150 bps for forward (depending on experience), and 40-60 percent on reverse.
