Business Systems and Integrations Manager

The Business Systems & Integrations Manager is responsible for the highly visible resolution of payment issues. This includes ongoing warranty work for payers and payees, including testing, and refining the process to ensure the timely delivery of payments. Responsible for queries and other tools and resources to ensure timely deliveries of payments. Responsible for continuous improvement of our payment delivery process. Key Responsibilities: Thought leader in the continuous improvement process of payment acceptance through delivery Provide recommendations to improve processes, data platforms, reporting and analytic methods Interface with development team for solutions for the health system implementation and account management team Supports and Educates operations team regarding technologies used and workflow Resolving payment routing issues during provider implementations and post go live Responsible for user acceptance testing and approving items for release Responsible for the implementation of any new vendor relationship using Electronic Data Interchange Technical Skills/Knowledge: Has solid understanding of Health System implementation process and relationships with vendors and systems Has an understanding of EDI files (fixed length, delimited, XML and EDI 835) Has solid technical understanding of SQL/LINQ complex queries, take and verify, read and edit data collection techniques Demonstrates proficiency in ensuring seamless integration and resolution process on stakeholder side Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize SQL DBMS, various connectivity solutions (FTP/Secure FTP, VPN) Advanced use of MS Office applications Works on assignments that are complex in nature in which judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations Requirements: Experience working in a SQL DBMS environment required or LINQ.
